Free Shipping

On all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9.99 or FREE on orders over $50
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
  • Next Day Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing heavy items such as dumbbells or kettlebells. International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages
